When you think of rental options in Bel Air, you probably think of megamansions leased by the month or, at best, maybe a guesthouse behind a megamansion. But the Empire at Bellagio has just opened on the edge of the neighborhood with 23 new “rare for Bel Air” luxury units in a LEED-Platinum-certified apartment building. The complex from Empire Property Group houses mostly one- and two-bedroom units (there is one three-bedroom apartment), with the average unit measuring a roomy 1,290 square feet, says a release from the developers. Each glam apartment comes with its own private balcony, high ceilings, quartz countertops, custom Italian cabinets, and floor-to-ceiling windows perfect for gazing pensively out of while debating high-stakes business transactions.
Topping off the compound is a 3,000-square-foot communal roof deck that’s divided into four “outdoor living rooms” and includes a fireplace, a water fountain, a dog park and dog-washing station, and a designated area for tanning. There are also 50 parking spaces for the units to share. This much good stuff doesn’t come cheap, but what does in Bel Air? One-bedroom units start at$3,300; two-bedrooms start at $3,950.
